Overview

Senior’s Day Out is an Adult Day Care Center and is designed to provide care and companionship for seniors who need assistance or supervision during the day. The program offers relief to family members or caregivers and allows them the freedom to go to work, handle personal business or just relax while knowing their relative is well cared for and safe.

The goals of the programs are to delay or prevent institutionalization by providing alternative care, to enhance self-esteem and to encourage socialization. We offer adult social day care by providing social activities, meals, recreation and some health-related services. Based upon the need, we may offer more intensive health, therapeutic and social services for individuals with severe medical problems and those who are not in need of or requiring nursing home care.

Many of those who are clients of our Senior’s Day Out program struggle with dementia, or early onset of Alzheimer’s disease, and thus a day care program is a relief to the primary care giver and often can postpone more intensive residential care.

The Senior’s Day Out program operates daily Monday through Friday, except holidays, generally from 8 am until 5 pm. Some transportation may be available for those who need assistance. The all inclusive cost ranges from $50 to $75 per day.

Trinity Hills will develop and manage the highest quality adult day care services which will enrich the faith of its residents, in a homelike, therapeutic environment.
